At Blue Collar Bicycle Service, we bring professional bicycle repair and maintenance directly to your home, workplace, trailhead, or event. We believe bicycle service should be convenient, honest, and done right.

If you don't see the service you need listed below, contact us for an estimate. Unless otherwise noted, replacement parts are not included in labor prices.

Mobile Service Fee

Mobile Service Fee: A mobile service fee applies to every appointment.

Travel fee credits (see below) apply to qualifying services of $150 or more based on your service zone.

If your repair requires special order parts you will NOT be charged a mobile service fee for the return visit.

Our mobile service fee is based on the driving distance from our service area in Morgantown, West Virginia.

Travel Fee Credit

Spend $150 or more on repairs or services during your appointment and receive a $25 Travel Fee Credit.

  • 🟢 0–25 Miles: Your entire $25 mobile service fee is waived.

  • 🟡 25–50 Miles: A $25 credit is applied, reducing your travel fee to $25.

  • 🔴 50–100 Miles: A $25 credit is applied, reducing your travel fee to $75.

Whether you're getting your bike ready for the season, keeping up with routine maintenance, or restoring peak performance, we have a tune-up package to fit your needs. Not sure which package is right for your bike? We'll be happy to help you choose.

  • Mobile Service

    Perfect for bikes that are regularly maintained and need routine adjustments to keep them riding safely and efficiently.

    Includes:

    • Complete safety inspection

    • Tire pressure adjustment

    • Front & rear brake adjustment

    • Front & rear derailleur adjustment

    • Chain wear inspection

    • Minor wheel truing

    • Bolt torque check

    • Rider touch point adjustments (handlebar, brake lever, shifter, and saddle position)

    Replacement parts and additional repairs are available at an additional cost with customer approval.

  • Mobile Service

    Our most popular tune-up, designed for bikes that need a more thorough service and inspection.

    Everything in the Green Jersey Tune-Up, plus:

    • Drivetrain cleaning

    • Lubricate accessible shift & brake cables

    • Derailleur hanger alignment

    • Brake pad inspection

    • Rotor inspection

    • Shift cable & housing inspection

    • Brake cable & housing inspection

    • Headset adjustment

    • Hub adjustment

    • Bottom bracket inspection

    • Wheel bearing inspection

    • Frame & component inspection

    • Tubeless sealant refresh (if applicable; sealant sold separately)

    • Chain replacement labor included if needed (chain sold separately)

    • Detailed test ride

  • Workshop Service

    Our most comprehensive tune-up for bicycles requiring detailed cleaning, precision adjustments, and workshop-level attention.

    Everything in the Yellow Jersey Tune-Up, plus:

    • Complete bicycle cleaning and detailing

    • Complete drivetrain removal and deep cleaning (when applicable)

    • Precision wheel truing and tension check

    • Comprehensive bearing inspection

    • Detailed torque inspection

    • Extended component inspection

    • Labor included for replacement of drivetrain components, if needed (parts sold separately)

    • Final quality control inspection

    • Final test ride before delivery

    Replacement parts are available at an additional cost with customer approval. Any additional non-drivetrain repairs beyond the scope of the tune-up will be discussed with you before work begins.

⚡ E-Bike Services

Standard tune-ups and mechanical repairs listed under Mobile Repair Services are available for most e-bikes. The services below are specific to e-bike systems.

    • Customer-supplied motor installation

    • Customer-supplied controller installation

    • Customer-supplied display installation

Pricing

E-bike-specific services are billed at $60 per hour. Parts are additional.

Labor time varies depending on the bicycle, component compatibility, and installation complexity.

🏭 Workshop Services

While most repairs can be completed at your home, workplace, trailhead, or event, some services require specialized tools, equipment, or additional time in our workshop. When that's the case, we'll pick up your bicycle, complete the repair, and deliver it back to you. Pickup and delivery are included with your original mobile service fee.

Pricing

Workshop services are quoted individually based on the scope of work, labor required, and parts needed. Parts are additional.

Pickup and delivery are included with your original mobile service fee when workshop service is required.

    • If a repair requires specialized tools, additional shop time, or special-order parts, we'll pick up your bicycle, complete the repair in our workshop, and deliver it back to you once the work is finished.

    • Payment for the mobile service fee is required at the time of booking.

    • Parts are additional unless otherwise noted.

    • Special-order parts must be paid for at the time the order is placed.
